    All lockdown gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date the lockdown is lifted. Just purchase and it's straight to your inbox for use after the lockdown!

     

    During lockdown, we have a 100% refund policy if you change your mind. We know times are tough and situations may change so we're giving extra buyer protection. If you need a refund on this gift voucher at any point, you can contact us for a full refund on your unused purchase.

  • FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

    What is the difference between a lockdown gift voucher and a regular gift voucher?

     

    With the uncertainty of lockdown procedures, we have altered the active status of our gift vouchers slightly to accommodate for government advise. While our regular gift vouchers expire 6 months after date of purchase, our lockdown gift vouchers can be purchased any time during lockdown and be used for 6 months after the lockdown is lifted

    What happens if I purchase a gift voucher and the lockdown gets extended?

     

    Any time that has passed after date of purchase while in lockdown will not be counted. If the lockdown persists for another 6 months (let's hope not!), your lockdown gift voucher will still be ready to use for when we reopen.

    What is the refund policy for the purchase of lockdown gift vouchers?

     

    If you decide you would like a refund on the purchase of your gift voucher, you are able to do so by contacting our bookings team at bookings@ultimaterecreation.co.uk. With the current situation at hand, we understand various issues may arise and are therefore offering a 100% refund policy to those enquiring.

    When am I able to use my lockdown gift voucher?

     

    Once a purchase is made, your gift voucher will be emailed to you outlining the instructions on how to redeem. While the gift voucher will be active to use immediately after purchase, we strongly suggest waiting until government announcements are made in regards to when lockdown is lifted and making a booking for afterwards

    What can my gift voucher be used for?

     

    Your gift voucher can be redeemed for any of the activities listed from the venue you purchased from

  • CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) CUSTOMER UPDATE

    We have been following the Government’s announcements regarding when the restrictions on the lockdown are likely to start being lifted and although the official announcement has not been made yet, it looks likely there will be no easing of the restrictions in the immediate future. Therefore all of our venues will continue to remain closed until further notice.
     
    We will continue to monitor Government advise and update customers with future bookings as we have more information.
     

    We are also available to discuss the measures we will be putting in place to make your event safe and your booking secure or please see our FAQ’s page where we will be posting more details.
